Logan and I attended the Orlando Greek Fest this weekend and it was an interesting event. We met Jane, Tiffany, Vance, Mandy, Jennifer and Jayla Saturday morning at the event. There were lots of things going on but we started with food and dancers!
We sampled a little of everything from Gyros, Greek Fries, Spanakopita (filo stuffed with spinach), Saganaki (flaming cheese..YUM) , Pastitsio (pasta with meat sauce and cheese) and then Baklava(filo with walnuts and huney) and Baklava cheese cake. It was all YUMMY !
