The house was divided. Actually I think it was more 3 against 1!Dewey and I both did an early vote and the kids did their school vote today! It was fun to listen them taking a stand and why they did. I would not tell them how I voted but did drop clues in conversation . Dewey however told them who his vote went for. I will not discuss how either one of us voted or tell how the kids felt about which candidate but it was a good experience for our kids and I'm glad they felt compelled to take a stand. I know they will make choices later in life that were influenced by this historical event and I'm glad they both understand it is their civil duty to vote!
