THE RACE!!!

The weekend was incredible from start to finish. On Thursday we got to the Charlotte Motor Speedway to pick up our tickets. We also got Pit Passes and Mosh Pit Passes which gave us VIP access to the pits and the infield during the driver introductions. Thursday evening we attended Pit Crew Challenge at Bobcat Arena. This was a really awesome experience. We had a question and answering session with 5 drivers. Carl Edwards! Bobby Labonte, Kevin Harvick, Kyle Busch and Greg Biffle. This was very fun and informative. We also got to watch the pit crews from the different teams compete against each other. During this time I got to sit with Carl Edwards and make small talk , get his autograph on my book and then my shirt and a hug good-bye! This made my first Nascar race a totally awesome experience.
Friday evening we attended the Nascar Truck Races and the qualifying for the All Star race on Saturday.
Saturday was busy!! We had Pit Tours and Race events all day. We also had Mosh Pit duties so to say where we went out on the infield and cheered the drivers and also presented the Fan Vote Driver his award and place in the race. Congrats to Kasey Kahne who won the Fan vote and also took home the million dollar prize. It was an awesome experience to be part of as well.
